Intercept, don't intrude.
Cadora is invisible until a cart shows multi-recipient intent. Then it opens one calm worksheet, collects everything each gift needs, and batches it into Shopify under rules you control.

One worksheet, any size
There's no separate "large order" flow. The gift worksheet handles everything — from a single extra recipient to thousands. The logic gate simply decides whether to open the worksheet, not which of two flows to use.
The worksheet is the review
One row per gift. A searchable recipient combobox backed by a saved address book, a swappable product, the card message, the arrival date (which derives shipping), and a per-line price. The shopper's happy path is intentionally short.
- Guided "Add a gift" modal with product search & premium-card upsell
- Bulk fill, paste rows, or import a CSV with column mapping
- Recipient detail drawer: address autocomplete, dietary flags, delivery prefs
- Validate-all surfaces every error before it costs a sale

Payment stays on Shopify
When it's time to pay, the shopper lands on the store's native Shopify checkout — system look, every gift itemized with its properties. Cadora never touches card data, and Shopify stays the system of record.
- Async processing job builds the orders — wait, or "email me the pay link"
- Save for later via link or short code; carts persist 30 days
- B2B NET terms with PO numbers and credit limits

One cart, three ways to land it in Shopify.
You set which modes are available — globally or per customer group — and optionally let the shopper choose at checkout.
One order, one payment
A single Shopify order holding every recipient, paid once. The simplest path and the cleanest books.
Many orders, one payment
One order per address for clean per-address fulfillment, still settled with a single payment for the cart.
Many orders, many payments
One order and one pay link per address — for approvals or separate departmental billing. Capped, with overflow fallback.
Optional: pay once, auto-charge the rest
Within "many orders, many payments," an opt-in alternative to a link per order. The shopper pays the first order and sees the remaining orders that would hit the same card; opt in and the saved card charges the rest. Off by default — because separate department cards per order must stay separate — so anyone can decline and pay those individually.
Export splits independently of payment
Even in "one order, one payment," the order can be split per address for your ERP/OMS export using the field mapping. The Shopify structure and the export structure are decoupled by design — a key requirement from the merchant side.
A Shopify-embedded admin
Native Polaris look, right inside Shopify admin. Cadora monitors rather than manages — orders live in Shopify — while giving you configuration, export, email control, and billing in one place.
- Dashboard with a setup checklist and 30-day metrics
- Eight sections of configuration the storefront reads at runtime
- Orders with split structure, payment & export status
- Abandoned & leads sub-view — a light sales CRM

Six emails that carry the order
Lifecycle templates bridge every asynchronous gap — pay link, confirmation, save-for-later code, receipt, shipping, and abandoned-cart recovery. All editable, all in your customer-facing brand.
- Edit subject, heading, body, button & merge tags with live preview
- Per-shipment shipping notifications that echo the gift message
- Sending domain verified through Shopify

An order page that tracks every gift.
Cadora can override Shopify's default customer order page with a gift tree: the Shopify order reference, each address as a line, and full per-recipient shipping status and gift detail — regardless of how payment was structured.
- One order, broken into per-recipient shipments with tracking
- Report an issue or reorder, gift by gift
- White-label, store-matched on Enterprise
