How it bills

Honest, simple, and through Shopify.

Billed via Shopify

Your On Demand usage charge appears on your Shopify invoice through the Billing API. The payment method is Shopify-managed — we never see card data.

No monthly cap

It's the same flat 0.5% whether you send two gifts or two thousand — nothing to track, nothing to hit, nothing that suddenly changes your bill.

Cancel anytime

An in-app cancel flow lives right in the admin. No lock-in, no emails to support, no retention maze.

What exactly does the 0.5% apply to?
It's 0.5% of the value of gift orders Cadora processes — not your whole store's revenue, and not simple single-gift orders, which Cadora never touches. There's no monthly cap, so it's the same flat rate at any volume.
Is the On Demand plan really the full product?
Yes. On Demand includes the entire gifting flow, all three order structures, the complete admin, exports, leads, and all six transactional emails. The differences on Enterprise are white-label design, the order-page override, a white-glove install, and flat pricing instead of the per-order share.
When should we choose Enterprise over On Demand?
When your gift volume is high enough that flat annual pricing beats our 0.5% per-order fee, or when you want a fully store-matched, white-label experience installed for you. If you'd rather not think about setup at all, Enterprise is the answer.
What's the difference between Done-for-you and Enterprise install?
Done-for-you ($2,500, one-time) is a paid install on the On Demand plan — we add the snippet and configure your rules. Enterprise install is included in the annual plan and goes further: white-label, store-matched design of every customer-facing page, full configuration, and a guided UAT.
Does pricing depend on how many recipients we send to?
No. One worksheet scales from 2 to thousands of recipients, with CSV import up to 5,000 rows at a time. With On Demand you pay a flat 0.5% on order value regardless of recipient count; Enterprise is flat too, at a fixed annual price.
Who handles payments and refunds?
Shopify. Shoppers pay on your native Shopify checkout, and the order record, fulfillment, and refunds all live in Shopify. Cadora handles the gifting experience and the data around it; it never touches card data.
