Pricing questions

Straight answers.

What counts as a gift order?

An order where the shopper chose "Send as gifts" and assigned at least one item to a different recipient. Everything else is a regular order and is never charged.

Is there a monthly fee on the app?

No. $0 to install, 0.5% of gift-order value, no minimum and no cap.

What does a program cost?

Contact us for pricing. The annual fee per store covers the core, configuration, store-matched design, install and maintenance. Custom work beyond that is scoped in discovery and priced per milestone, in writing, before it starts. Many programs need little or none.

When do I pay for a program?

After discovery and a written scope you've agreed to. If you decide not to proceed after discovery, you owe nothing.

Who builds and supports a program?

Clyp, our services arm. Same team as Cadora, set up so the product stays a product and your program gets a build team.

Can I start on the app and move to a program later?

Yes. The app is the same core a program is built on. When your corporate volume outgrows checkout, we start from what you already have.

What happens after year one of a program?

Keep it bespoke on the annual fee, with maintenance and core improvements included, or move onto the self-serve app if that fits better by then.
